Finding My Passion
Strunk Photography began on a day when I was driving back roads, feeling low, and decided to stop and capture some photos of my surroundings. What started as a moment of solace quickly turned into a profound passion. I strive to capture unique moments, steering clear of the conventional shots anyone can take. Inspired by greats like David Yarrow (Nature) and Harry Reese (Music), my work reflects an artistic vision that sets it apart from the ordinary.
A Journey Through Music
My love for photography extends to the concert scene. My journey into concert photography began with the touring band Blacktop Mojo. This opportunity led to forming friendships with the band, which opened doors to exciting projects. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of capturing performances by renowned artists like Coolio, Kansas, Josh Turner, Frankie Ballard, Skillet, and many others. Concert photography allows me to freeze the energy and emotion of live music into lasting memories. And hey, what's better than a free concert!?

Family is my heart and soul. As a father of two amazing teenagers, they are my greatest source of joy and motivation. Alongside being a dedicated dad, I co-own Balanced Lawn Care, where my passion and precision shine through. I also channel my creativity as a videographer/producer for Malik in the Street, an award-winning comedian. Juggling these roles keeps me centered and inspired, making every day a rewarding adventure.
